HI-TONE Amplification, LLC (“HI-TONE”) warrants amplifiers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (subject to the terms set forth below) for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. The warranty for HI-TONE DR-F speakers is one (1) year from the date of purchase. Please note that vacuum tubes are not covered under this warranty.
To obtain Warranty service, please contact HI-TONE Amplification 812-344-9807. You will need to ship the product in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. Return shipping costs to HI-TONE Amplification is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, must be presented or included to obtain Warranty service.
This Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, accident, or modification of or to any part of the product. This Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance, installation, or attempted repair work by anyone other than HI-TONE, or a HI-TONE approved service technician. Any unauthorized repairs will void this Warranty.
