If you are searching for the spot on recreation of the Crescendo A cabinets of yore, look no further. The cab is a beautiful and meticulous recreation of the original, that feels just as bulletproof like any good Hi-Tone. The speakers have quickly become my favorite recording speakers; very bright and present in the highs and high mids, with subdued yet solid low end. Highly recommended!

These cabinets are the REAL deal. Superb. Utterly superb. I will separate the cabinet from the speakers and review them independently as, in this case – they are both as both warranty individual praise.

    Cabinet:

The approach HiTone Amplification take towards their cabinets is the same approach they take towards their amplifiers – the best, made better. Through the use of high quality materials and thoughtful use of hardware available, these cabinets are the best in the business. Gone are the days of stripped threads and broken speaker studs. Metal inserts and T-Nuts are used to ensure a robust, tour-worthy item – with looks to match.
The aesthetics of the cabinet do not disappoint either. Detailed woven cloth and piping ensure not only well made product, but a very pleasing one to look at too.
The optional extra padded cover fits perfectly, with a serial number matching the cabinet – a nice touch.

    Speakers:

Oh these are IT…! Having owned many, many Crescendos over the years, these are SPOT ON the originals.
Sweet, singing top end, mids that cut through effortlessly in a band-mix, and more than enough bass response for any situation. When used in conjunction with a HiTone 50 amplifier; pure bliss.

Speakers are such an important aspect and for years I have always been on the lookout for original Crescendos as I never felt I could fully rely on the originals, being ~40 years old.

HiTone have delivered a superb product – yet again.

    Thank you HiTone!
